Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation and on-time delivery.
Experience in two or more of the following areas: IT-Transformation, data center infrastructure, security, Artificial Intelligence.
Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to collaborate with international and local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading enterprise customers through business or technology transformations with large account project management experience.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations with compelling messages to technology and business audiences, up to executive level audiences.
Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts.
