Job Responsibilities and Tasks
- Performing deep root cause analysis of incoming queries
- Replying to teams internal and external Partner queries.
- Maintaining good relations with integrated partners (PSP, ISV, Gateways)
- Assure daily tasks completion
- Proactively seek for opportunities to minimize issues occurrence
Experience Requirements
Large data analysis covering trend identification and result presenting.
Boarding API’s support including investigating process flows and background dependencies
Below will be an advantage:
- Working with transactions analysis
- Boarding process awareness
- EPA Reports (Electronic Payment Advice)
- VOR Reports awareness
- Customer facing environment
Skill and Knowledge Requirements
- Authorization processing flow awareness.
- Understanding of API’s specifics
- Understanding of boarding related background dependencies between systems
- Technical approach and ability to work with numbers.
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Basic PL SQL knowledge will be an advantage.
- Power BI will be an advantage
- Ability to work in rapidly changing environment under time pressure without strict guidelines.
- Business technology awareness.
- Knowledge of Elavon systems will be an advantage (Axis, MPS2, Himms2, ServiceNow, Access Elavon).
- Customer and terminal setup specifics will be an advantage.
