As an Associate - Testing within the Consumer & Community Banking Operations User Acceptance Testing Center of Excellence team, you will apply your automation software testing experience to work closely with the Automation Test Lead, UAT Managers, Analysts and Specialists. Your role will involve identifying and escalating system issues, leading follow up on testing efforts and communicating results. You will build, execute and maintain an automation framework of User Acceptance test case scenarios, supporting the identification and mitigation of pre-production (test) defects. As a key member of our team, you will advocate for the business, ensuring that both positive and negative results from testing are communicated, tracked, and not repeated, ultimately demonstrating to our business partners that functionality is as expected.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the definition and documentation of test strategies
• Act as a key contributor in the continued automation development and Frameworks Maintenance
• Effectively manage multiple streams of work and to deliver in a timely manner
• Ensure automation tests adhere to established process and standards
• Implement web testing methods and writing SQL queries (SQL Server 2012 and higher)
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to quickly comprehend project goals/requirements, identify holes/omissions and testing challenges/impediments
• Ability to deliver on ideas from concept through to implementation
• Write Automation scripting and queries
• Demonstrate understanding of formal software test design techniques
• Develop Testing Scripts using various Testing Tools (Cypress, Winium, Appium, Selenium, etc.)
• Knowledge on CICD tools like Jenkins and version controlling tools like Bitbucket, git
• Demonstrate ability to gather and understand requirements
• Utilize good analysis skills in order to aid in trouble shooting and problem solving
• Demonstrate good testing and defect management skills
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and specifically QA process and test methodologies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Over all 7+ years of testing experience & Minimum 5+ years of Hands On Automation testing experience
• Graduated in Computer science, Computer engineering, or related engineering fields (E.g B.CS, B.E or MCA, M.Tech in Computers / IT etc.,)
• Automation script development skills (well versed in programming language Java)
• Strong VB scripting, Excel Macros, Cypress/Winium/Appium/Selenium skills

• Exposure to cloud technologies
