• Supports the development of standardized reporting packages for adidas legal entities, presenting financials in a clear and digestible manner
• Assists in analyzing legal entity financials across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow to identify performance trends and variances
• Helps monitoring intercompany transactions and supports risk identification related to entity interdependencies
• Participates in the preparation of the legal entity review process, prepares inputs and coordinates stakeholders
• Maintains financial templates and dashboards to support review and steering processes
• Collaborates with Corporate and Market Finance teams to gather data and ensure alignment across reporting
• Supports the team in ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and project initiatives related to legal entity health and performance

:

• Good understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), as well as planning processes (Budget, Target, Forecast). Knowledge of IFRS is a plus
• Understanding of interactions and dynamics within an international company
• Ability to adapt and operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
• Interest in corporate finance and international business structures
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a global business setting
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• SAP system knowledge is an advantage
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of working experience within Accounting / Controlling / Reporting in an international Group
• Experience in a matrix organization is a plus
