In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• SharePoint Online Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to meet the business needs of our organization.
• As a SharePoint Online Developer, you will play a critical role in the planning and implementation of SharePoint-based solutions to enhance collaboration, streamline business processes, and ensure data management and security.
• Should be able to work independently & good written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work on product line/projects at once.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• BE / B Tech in any stream, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / M.C.A, with Minimum 3-5 years of mandate experience in SharePoint, SPFx, React, JavaScript, Power Automate, Azure, Graph.
• Experience in Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with expertise in SharePoint Online.
• Experience in SharePoint development tools, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Flow, Spfx.
• Experience in client-side technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, React.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development and React is a must and Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools and strategies

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in SharePoint certifications, such as the Microsoft 365 Certified: SharePoint Developer, are a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and integrations is beneficial
