What we need to see:

• B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. in computer science or software engineering

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Programming experience and proficiency in Python, System C/C++ development skills and familiar with Linux developing environment.

• Experience in performance optimizations

• Demonstrated use of creative ideas, providing solutions to challenging problems.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability & desire to work as a great teammate.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Deep knowledge of Networking Protocols InfiniBand, Ethernet

• Knowledge in MPI and High-performance computing

• Background in RDMA technology

• Experience in kernel programming & in working with AI Models, Pytorch or equivalent

• Open Source Software Contributor as well as an expert in computer architecture and operating systems
