You will instill an inclusive team culture, and grow the team while maintaining world-class excellence and diversity. You will also provide technical direction, balancing product and foundational engineering work with a strong focus on design and quality.As part of your role you will mentor junior team members, and support your team's career growth whilst collaborating extensively with cross-functional partners acrosss the US and Europe.
Minimum Qualifications
- Years of experience managing software engineering teams, ideally as part of a larger engineering organization
- Significant experience developing and architecting iOS software
- Strong Swift and/or Objective-C skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Past exposure to financial tech, payments, or open banking products
- Strong, demonstrated knowledge of test-driven development
- Experience working with server and back-end teams to define and deliver specifications
