About this role

In this role you will focus on channel execution across multiple digital channel applications specific to supporting content on various platforms. This will require an ability to manage content and execution of offers through Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Wordpress, or SDL Tridion. Hands on execution experience balanced with strategy, implementation consulting, and leading junior team will be necessary for success.

In this role, you will:

• Onboard and scale Adobe Target execution support for multi variant testing and personalization
• Partner with design teams and support feasibility assessments for new Adobe Target activities
• Partner with product teams to enhance operating model for Adobe Target activities and onboard new capabilities.
• Support product and development teams in creating test activities to support capability expansion in Adobe Target.
• Provide execution support for complex marketing content across multiple CMS platforms
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges which require in depth evaluation across digital execution, delivering solutions that are long term, large scale and require partnership with cross functional groups to create digital experiences for more advanced initiatives that enable seamless customer engagement across digital channels
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing significant execution solutions that are large scale, highly complex initiatives across organizational boundaries requiring new strategies and thinking
• Engage with partners, cross functional groups, business partners and lead vendor relationships
• Serve as subject matter expert in digital marketing execution – Adobe Target
• Mentor junior team on new execution needs and processes.

Required Qualifications, US:

• 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced experience working in Adobe Target or similartesting/personalizationplatform
• Digital content execution experience across multiple content management platforms (SDL Tridion, WordPress, AEM)
• Strong understanding of Accessibility Standards and testing for web content
• Experience with Adobe Suite (RTCDP, AEM, Target, CJA)
• Ability to read and understand HTML and CSS
• Ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects from planning through execution.
• Experience in financial services or banking ideal, but not required
• Strong collaboration and partnering skills with all levels of the organization
• Relationship management skills with the ability to build strong trusted relationships with business partners
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment that values results
• Quick learner that can learn processes and technical details

• This role offers a hybrid work schedule.
• Ability to travel up to10%of the time.
