Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, and track project progress and performance against the baseline.
 - Identify, manage, and escalate the project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
 - Coordinate and facilitate the project meetings, workshops, reviews, and presentations, and ensure that the project documentation and artifacts are complete, accurate, and up to date.
 - Report and present the project status, milestones, achievements, and challenges to the senior management and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
 - Ensure that the project deliverables meet the quality standards and expectations, and comply with the relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
 - Lead and motivate the project team and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
 - Manage the project closure process, including the handover, transition, and lessons learned.
 
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, engineering or related field.
 - 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Project, as well as other project management tools and software.
 - Knowledge of Fixed Income or Equity markets, products and indices.
 - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management, clients and stakeholders across different cultures and geographies.
 - Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
 - High attention to detail, quality and accuracy, with the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
 - Professional certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile is a plus.
