Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience
Proven ability to drive product growth and achieve key metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions.
Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the developer ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management
OR software development
OR eqivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or software development industry.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Developer area, aligning with the overall goals of the Microsoft Store team.
Metrics Focus: Drive growth in Successful Developers and Catalog Coverage metrics by identifying key opportunities and implementing effective strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.
Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance the developer experience.
Roadmap Management: Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, partners, and vendors.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to the team
