We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing inside of technology. This is a customer-facing role,to lead people, process and technical conversationsby focusing inareas such asgovernance, operations,option, FinOps, and more.This role is flexible in that you can workup to5% from home.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND8+years experiencein Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, M365, D365, or Power Platform),specializedin any of these areas such asinfrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, customer success, and/or consulting
  • Equivalent experience
  • 8+ years’ experiencein ITSM and/ ora customer-facing role (e.g.,internaland/or external) focused on complex and large cloud transformation/ adoption projects
  • Technical Certification inone or moreCloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google cloud, security certifications)
  • doption and change management certification (e.g., PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP)

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of consulting experience on cloud transformation projects
  • Drive People & Process: Prepare the customer for operational readiness and long-term organizational adoption.4+years experiencewith one or more of the following areas
  • Agile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban, Lean etc.),SRE,Cloudplatform engineeringor Service Management (ITSM)
  • FinOps and cloud cost management and optimization
  • alchange management
  • /Copilotimplementationor adoption
  • Security Operations Compliance
  • needand value of proposed solutions, plans, and risks to stakeholders and decision makers. This includes the ability to persuade and inform based on facts and alignment with goals and strategy.
  • Advisorship: The ability to build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders (e.g., technical decision makers, business decision makers) through an understanding of customer needs and technologies.
  • Situational fluency: Using self-awareness as a mechanism to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues to increase your ability to "read the room."
