Your key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud computing solutions on Azure/AWS platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and databases, optimizing performance and cost-efficiency.
• Develop and maintain APIs on Azure/AWS cloud platforms, enabling seamless integration and communication between applications and services.
• Design and implement data management strategies, including data storage, processing, analytics, and visualization, leveraging cloud-native tools and technologies.
• Lead data migration, transformation, and integration projects, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Define and implement best practices for cloud security, identity management, access control, and data protection, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, monitor KPIs, and optimize cloud resources to achieve operational excellence and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing, data management, AI/ML, and digital transformation.

Soft Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 9-13 years of experience in cloud computing, data management, and technical leadership, with hands-on experience in Azure/AWS.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading cloud computing and data projects, delivering business value, and driving technical innovation.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving business objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work culture and driving team performance.
• Proactive approach to learning and development, with a passion for staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 9-13 years of experience in cloud computing, data management, and technical leadership, with hands-on experience in Azure/AWS.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and development are essential for success in this role.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with other cloud platforms and technologies such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), IBM Cloud, or Oracle Cloud.
• Certification in cloud computing, data management, or related areas (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer).
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, data analytics, and big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, TensorFlow).
• Familiarity with API frameworks, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices for cloud-native development.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, data governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS) in cloud environments.
