EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Holistic support for SAP implementation, digital transformation and cloud transition projects
- Analyze critical customer situations including performance, scalability, custom-code and implementation design
- Work with a highly experienced team of technical experts
- Collaborate with teams in other regions across the globe
- Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions to customers in complex environments for specific fields/areas
- Support our customers in their transformation to S/4HANA (on premise or cloud)
- Be engaged for latest technologies and SAP products
- Find learning opportunities in daily tasks by staying curious and open to new experiences that will improve technical and functional knowledge.
You will work and collaborate with a highly experienced team of technical experts within the global Premium Hub CoE organization.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Physics, Maths, Engineering
- IT-technical and business know-how, because you understand not only the technical side, but also the depicted processes in the company.
- First industrial experience that you have already gained through training, internships or working student activities.
- Customer orientation is your top priority. You can listen well and put yourself in the shoes of our customers.
- Strong focus on quality and very good analytical and logical skills for solving complex problems
- Fluent written and spoken English, German would be considered a plus.
- Programming and database skills
