Candidate will be responsible to support the daily OTC Derivatives trade capture activities and transaction reporting

• Providing first class client experiences through effective daily transactional and lifecycle management processing, ensuring accurate and timely trade capture within stipulated regulatory requirements and timelines.
• Make sound and objective decisions on operational issues management and escalation.
• Driving process improvement / automation initiatives and efficiency opportunities with the Change Teams, leveraging on collated data to make sound decisions.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of project deliverables and escalate issues where appropriate.
• Strong ability to document (or make changes) to standard operating procedures, risk documentations and policy documents associated with Operations.
• Core operations experience with domain knowledge of Trading Middle -Office (OTC Derivatives)
• Must be highly disciplined, a self-starter, possess adaptability to learn new tasks and demonstrate a willingness to understand the details of a process.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Display high levels of integrity, operating on basis of open and honest interaction.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Managed/Worked in an operational team using Murex will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies. Knowledge of Tableau, Python and Alteryx CORE certification is a plus.
