Job Summary

What a typical day looks like:

• Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques
• Experience in executing continuous improvement projects to enhance labor utilization, with knowledge of various lean tools for identifying waste in production lines."
• Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.
• Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
• Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root-causes of equipment failures and develop hands-on maintenance skills Work with other engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving and continuous improvement to the design of equipment and products and may develop corrective and preventive action plans
• May be involved in development and update of PFMEA for new products
• Problem-solving in line sustainment through the use of Six Sigma methodology tools,
• challenging variation among equipment and people.
• Kaizen Events

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Advanced English
• Experience in statistics
• Software Validations
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies
• Creates functional processes or technologies
• Executes functional strategic plans and objectives at the site.
• Collaborate in Process Improvement initiatives.
• Define and monitor KPI for operation.
