Key Responsibilities
- Providing engineering Honeywell Installed Base support to existing customer ad new customer
- Answering customer queries
- Supporting HPS sales team
- Liaising with the Solution architect, Sales Team, SOL, FSM
- Reporting and status updates as to the current support to HPS customers
- High School Diploma Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic, System (Electronic Engineer, System Engineer, Electrical Engineer)
- Min 3 years of engineering experience as a customer support specialist
- Knowledge in DCS Programing, PLC Programing, Honeywell System Experion, App Programing, , Control Routine.
- Good command of English ( Listening & Speaking).
- Availability to Travel 50% of the time
- Experience in programming PLC AB, PLC Siemens, Instrumentations, C#, Phyton, Java Script, Visual Basic, and other high level languages.
- Experience in SIS, Fire & Gas Systems, Instrumentation & Networking (Cisco).
