Job Responsibilities
- Analyze current operational processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Drive end-to-end process improvement and automation projects.
- Design and develop solutions using Python, UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau, and Spectrum Workflow.
- Document project requirements and maintain artifacts in a common repository.
- Track and communicate action items, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions comply with governance, risk, and control standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable benefits through automation.
- Partner with technology and analytics teams to create advanced automation solutions.
- Provide post-production support for enhancements and change requests.
- Apply industry best practices and coding standards for scalable solutions.
- Mentor and train team members on low-code tools and automation technologies.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Hold a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrate 9+ years of experience in automation development.
- Exhibit hands-on expertise with Python, UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau, and Spectrum Workflow.
- Understand Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall SDLC and project management frameworks.
- Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Manage stringent delivery timelines and resolve risks and dependencies.
- Adopt new tools quickly and work independently as a self-starter.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint for project management and collaboration.
- Leverage process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
- Demonstrate exposure to financial products and asset classes in wealth and asset management.
- Guide teams in adopting low-code automation tools.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Influence and collaborate across multiple business functions.
