As you build on your pre-existing knowledge and experience of PCAOB, US GAAP, and SEC accounting and reporting requirements, you’ll become an increasingly credible advisor, influencing clients and teams.To qualify for the role, you must have· Fully qualified as a US CPA or UK equivalent
· Minimum of 5 years’ PCAOB audit experience
· Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, with baseline IFRS
· Experience providing services to clients undertaking capital raising
· Ability to collaborate, project and people management
· Excellent verbal and written communication skillsYou will possess extensive knowledge and experience working on PCAOB audits, including internal controls, capital raising and with complex accounting matters.
