• Litigation Oversight: Direct and manage all litigation and dispute resolution matters, working closely with external counsel as necessary.

• Professional Experience: Over 10 years in legal roles, including significant experience as General Counsel and in senior positions within major law firms.​
• Regulatory Expertise: Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, particularly within the B2C sector.​
• Industry Insight: Deep understanding of the B2C landscape, with a track record of addressing legal challenges unique to consumer-focused businesses.​
• Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering innovation and excellence.​
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex legal concepts to diverse stakeholders.​
