What you'll do

During this paid internship you will help us to transform our organization with regards to culture, values and behaviors. Inspire, coach, guide, support, reflect and facilitate. Thereby work with all levels of the organization – in various formats and settings. Support with coaching of teams or individuals, support change management, develop and facilitate workshops formats or ensure proper communication and many more topics. ​

• Support the creation of a concept to support leaders accelerate on our cultural values and behaviors.

• Support introduction of gamification ideas to foster awareness for and engagement with our cultural values and behaviors. Translate our defined values and behaviors into tangible gamified missions for members to work on.

• Help with preparation and execution of our 2024 Culture Day, an event where we bring the organization together to share their cultural journeys.​

• Work with our cultural community, help them grow as a team and support them in their work with their teams.

• Learn how to support an organization to adapt to new values and behaviors.

• Learn using New Work concepts, methods and models. Putting these into practice during daily work.

• Work in a Transformation Office and with dynamics of a fast-growing organization

What you bring

• Active university student status

• Field of study: Organizational Development, (Economic) Psychology, Business

• Fluent English and Romanian in spoken as well as written form

• Analytical skills and the ability to grasp and work with complex concepts.

• Experience with MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint

• Good communication, presentation, and networking skills as well as ability to work in a team.

• Willingness to learn and collaborate.

• Creativity, motivation as well as ability to work in a structured and independent manner.

• Responsibility and ability to drive topics open-mindedly and focused on the end-result.

• Basic understanding of New Work, Change Management, Transformation, Organizational Development, optimally first experiences
