Minimum Qualifications
- Experience successfully completing/delivering projects using an Agile methodology.
- High ownership, hands-on leader to drive quality across the project; in usability and experience from requirements, technical design reviews, testing and more.
- The position requires a hands-on, get-the-job-done, positive demeanour.
- Drive technical aspects of interactive web projects, systems and supporting processes.
- Hands on experience with design and development of highly available, distributed, and scalable enterprise systems.
- Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities and have problem solving skills.
- Passion for quality and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with rapid development cycles and tight schedules.
- Ability to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and IT management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, documentation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science related field or 3+ years proven experience or equivalent
