The role encompasses multiple facets:
Revenue Operations :
- Lead a team continuously enhancing processes, strategies, and the Org tech stack.
- Measure, track, and analyze the GTM team’s productivity and success through KPIs. Ensure targets are met, identify bottlenecks, and find solutions.
- Manage the company CRM to improve process efficiency, data integrity, and analytics.
- Lead forecasting and planning processes for the GTM organization, including revenue targets and budgets, and Report key performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Implement strategies to increase the top of the funnel, such as improving Product Qualified Lead processes and scaling outbound efforts.
- Owning the compensation process, including designing and continuously improving it.
Revenue Enablement:
- Lead a team that develops and executes a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy aligned with Rapyd’s business objectives and revenue goals.
- Create and deliver onboarding, ongoing training programs, and enablement resources that enable GTM teams to effectively communicate the value of Rapyd’s products to customers.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, product management, and other key stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted enablement initiatives to address them.
- Utilize data-driven insights from sales conversations and other sources to refine and optimize enablement programs continuously
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using metrics to demonstrate impact on sales performance and revenue growth
