Analytics and data visualization: Experience creating dashboards for reporting [i.e., Power BI] and complex Excel modeling files in alignment with pay strategies and outcomes
Completing complex analysis and determining actions to respond to that data.
Experience in working with Payfactors or any other market pricing software
Experience in working with Radford, Mercer, WTW, etc
Preferred:-
Masters degree in Human Resources, Focus in Maths/Statistics is preferred.
