The AVP, Creative Execution Manager is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly to meet business goals.
- Engages in executing test strategies designed by Marketing, developing campaign schedules, BAU auditing, and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- As subject matter expert, assess marketing requests and identify best approach to enable edits to current collateral with use of self-serve content editing tools per procedure manuals
- Direct external studio agency to make edits to collateral out of scope for self-serve tool.
- Assesses for impacts and potential need for additional testing to ensure overall channel integrity.
- Collaborate with business partners to executecampaigns/initiativesthat drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement.
- Identify and manage issues to resolution.
- Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in executing marketing campaigns through Direct Mail and E-Mail channels.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
- Solid communication; both verbal and written to present to stakeholders.
- Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Education:
- Bachelors/University degree
