As the International Business Intelligence & Program Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and maintenance of our business intelligence systems and strategies. The role ensures that data insights are effectively leveraged to drive business decisions and improve organizational performance. You will identify business requirements and translate them into business intelligence solutions while ensuring BI tools and platforms are optimized for performance and scalability. You will develop and maintain dashboards to track our quarterly sales performance metrics (market trends, share, visibility, win rate, etc.) and foster a data driven culture within the organization. You will contribute also to lead the IB management programs in collaboration with the PCS marketing managers.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Drive quarterly market share analysis, and coordinate monthly ROR metrics and region strategy review process
  • Drive commercial excellence in partnership with PCS region leaders to enable strong solutions to operational aspects of the business such as visibility, win rate, pricing, NPI launches, customer connections, sales force effectiveness and other related areas
  • Work closely with the regional marketing and sales teams to develop powerful IB programs & marketing campaigns in collaboration with the PCS marketing managers.
  • Capture and assimilate intelligence, data, analytics and insights around competitive, market and customer dynamics
  • Build effective tools in SFDC (command center like) to track IB program & marketing campaigns
  • Provide a strong interface between global modalities and international zone teams with campaign management
  • Direct market research and analytics activities to identify market opportunities, customer needs, market size and growth and develop & maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of trends and requirements in the healthcare market within the international zone
  • Develop business cases for growth projects and lead such transformational projects through to launch in partnership with sub-region teams
  • Perform clinical and industry trend analysis
  • Ensure customer & market insights to identify market and adjacent opportunities, unmet customer needs and competitive intelligence positioning
  • Orchestrate market research to assess customer environments and to discover unmet needs, buying cycles and personas. Identify customers’ clinical and economic needs, values and desired benefits
  • Work with Global & Region Product Marketing and Product Management to provide input to the product development roadmap
  • Develop programs that improve the customer experience of the installed base in support of installed base retention
  • Collaborate with the Marcom team to develop a communications plan in support of the marketing objective.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in marketing, product/solution/portfolio marketing in a corporate environment
  • 5+ years healthcare or health system marketing or Medical Devices
  • Proven experience leading cross functional teams to exceed results. Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate internally.
  • Proven experience building cross business segment portfolio strategy. Deep Marketing expertise, including: market trends/analysis, market research and product roadmap development.
  • Experience analyzing market/industry data including competitive intelligence to support new offering introductions and the development of marketing campaigns.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to effectively communicate and present ideas to stakeholders throughout different levels within the business to energize, build rapport, and influence.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining forward thinking and customer first attitude.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with global commercial and product teams.
  • Strong analytical and process skills.
