Your day-to-day
Design, implement, test, andmaintainbackend services that power identity and authentication workflows.
Collaborate with peers, product managers, and senior engineers to refine requirements and ensure smooth feature delivery.
Write clean, modular, and well-tested code following team standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute tomaintainingcode quality and team consistency.
Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines by contributing automated tests and ensuring smooth deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production systems tomaintainreliability and performance.
Learn from and contribute to discussions about architecture, design, and technical tradeoffs within the team.
Participate in refactoring and tech debt reduction efforts as guided by senior engineers.
What you need to bring
2–5 yearsof professional backend software development experience.
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Strong skills inRubyandRails, or equivalent web frameworks.
Familiarity withAWSor other cloud platforms.
Experience withCI/CDenvironments and testing frameworks.
in distributed systems and scalable backend architectures.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to have
Experience withKubernetes,Docker, or other container orchestration tools.
Exposure tobig dataor large-scale systems.
