We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage delivery of ELV, SCADA and ICT systems in Jeddah region. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, execution, and completion of projects related to the systems in road/tunnels infrastructure environment.

Project Planning and Execution:

· Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

· Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.

· Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

· Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and status reports.

· Lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.

· Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members.

· Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.

· Conduct regular team meetings to review project status, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Stakeholder Management:

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with end users, and key project stakeholders.

· Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.

· Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

· Collaborate with the client’s Engineering and Delivery Teams to integrate systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance and Risk Management:

· Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems and services.

· Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify compliance with specifications and standards.

· Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and financial risks.

· Implement effective change management processes to handle scope changes and minimize project disruptions.

Budget and Resource Management:

· Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources.

· Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and address budgetary constraints.

· Coordinate with procurement teams to source and manage necessary equipment, materials, and services.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Project Manager (+5 years), specifically in managing ELV, ICT and security system projects.

· Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

· Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

· PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

• Scheduling including resource-loading critical path analysis
• SOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru Integrated Master Schedule
• Demonstrate knowledge of Earned Value Management
• Cost & Financials (ex. RDE, spend, forecast, variance)
• Risk Management (Identification & Mitigation)
• Cross Functional Communication with program team/sponsors
• May perform the role of program’s risk process manager
