As a Healthcare, Higher Education and Not for Profit Associate Banker within our regional team, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships. Your responsibilities will include fostering and retaining profitable relationships with nonprofit health systems, colleges, universities, and not-for-profit organizations. You will be expected to possess an in-depth understanding of our solutions, which include but are not limited to: Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card, and Chase Paymentech Solutions. Our most successful Bankers approach market activity and prospecting in a methodical manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
• Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation, while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• 3+ years with above average performance results in a similar banking role or credit/lending related experience.
• Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
• Strong leadership skills required
• Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships
• Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills
• Superior knowledge of the market dynamics and its business environment preferred
• Extensive knowledge of products and services
