12+ years of experience in consumer facing digital product design work.

As you move through the process of consideration you will begin with an initial screening to assess your fit with the role you’ve applied as well as other potential roles or levels that might be a stronger fit. To this point, we pay close consideration for your personal ambitions and the reality of the role you’re applying for.Stage 1: An initial, 30-45 minute hiring manager meeting to review some work samples.Stage 3: A series of 1:1 30-45 minute interviews with members of your panel and potential additional partners who were not in the panel presentation.
