Join our team as a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), where you will be responsible for the technical strategy and architecture for our large Azure customers. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical feasibility, consumption plan development, and ensuring a smooth transition for customers adopting Azure. You will oversee the end-to-end cloud services consumption and deployment, with a focus on IaaS and evolving PaaS/SaaS workloads. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding the technical, resiliency and security architecture within Azure, influencing the migration approach, and executing proof of concepts when necessary.

Qualifications

OR equivalent experience.

Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)

Experience

  • Extensive experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure and architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to build deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
  • Strong business acumen to quickly understand the customer’s industry and business for relevant discussions with business drivers.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to address customer issues through cloud technologies.
  • Acknowledged for driving collaborations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to orchestrate, collaborate, and influence virtual teams, ensuring successful implementation of customer projects.
  • Excellent presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences (Senior Executives, IT management, Database administrators, and Data Scientists).

Technical Skills

  • Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, application migrations, and technology management.
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience to learn new technologies and understand relevant cloud trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud development platforms.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.
  • Breadth of technical experience and knowledge, with depth/Subject Matter Expertise in two or more of the following areas:
    • Enterprise Landing zones
    • Container and cloud infrastructure
    • Cloud migrations
    • Cloud operations and optimization
    • Azure VMWare Solutions
    • Azure Virtual Desktop
Responsibilities

As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), your key responsibilities will include:

  • Technical collaboration : You will be responsible for the technical strategy and architecture discussions with some of our large Azure customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their technical requirements and alignment with Azure's capabilities.
  • Solution Development : You will develop detailed proposals and plans for cloud service consumption and deployment, focusing on Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions.
  • Customer Engagement : You will engage with customers to understand their business vision and technical landscape, providing expert guidance and support throughout their cloud adoption journey.
  • Technical Architecture : You will design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient technical and security architectures within Azure, influencing the migration approach and executing proof of concepts when necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : You will work closely with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and the successful delivery of Azure solutions.
  • Continuous Learning : You will stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to provide innovative solutions to our customers.

Prior experience on VMWare solution implementations and Networking experience would be added strength.
