  • Excellent project management skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proven expertise in driving product affordability strategies, including financing, split-payments, and trade-ins, with a strong foundation in offers analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment while multitasking effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage remotely, with strong cultural awareness and a track record of fostering effective, inclusive teams.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to seamlessly interact across local and central teams.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in sales, consultancy or business development roles within high-performance, high-growth organizations, especially in cross-functional and matrix environments.
  • Spanish, Italian and Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
