We’re looking for an experienced Employee Service Representative
(part time: Mon, Tue, Wed)

You will also lead the execution of our employee experience strategy, which encompasses planning and overseeing various employee initiatives such as organising happy hours, celebrating birthdays, managing swag orders, and coordinating team activities, among others

• Maintain the office in excellent condition and arrange necessary upgrades;
• Maintain a positive work environment by being proactive in identifying the office and employee's needs
• Facilitate Team events activities
• Perform a variety of employee-related administrative tasks;
• Assist with events, occasions, holidays, and research trends to produce relevant company affairs, happy hours, conferences, etc;
• Handle processing bills, invoices and provide support with new and existing supplier’s agreements and deals
• Collaborate with the facility management, including cleaning, security services, delivery coordination and dealing with emergencies;
• Onboarding for new employees, explaining company policies (onboarding takes place once a month)
• Arrange office supplies

• Proven work experience as an HR or Office Admin, Employee Experience or relevant role;
• Experience in end-to-end execution of large scale welfare activities and events;
• Experience working in a IT environment;
• Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects;
• Process-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to coordinate multiple end-points;
• Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills;
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills;
• Creative mindset, ability to deliver under pressure;
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
• High level of English, written and spoken.
