Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to achieve sales goals and exceed quota responsibilities.
  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners within the region.
  • Solution Selling : Present and sell Fortinet's solutions, emphasizing their high technological value and alignment with client needs.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with Systems Engineers (SEs) and Channel teams to support customer engagements and drive results.
  • Pipeline Development : Consistently build and deliver an accurate territory pipeline, identifying new opportunities to grow business within the region.
  • Execution : Coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and Statements of Work.
  • Negotiation : Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements, fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Travel : Regularly travel within the Pays de la Loire territory to meet clients and partners as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Sales Expertise : Proven track record in selling technology solutions to SMB and mid-enterprise customers, with consistent achievement of quota.
  • Regional Knowledge : Deep understanding of the Pays de la Loire market and key private sector accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge : Experience in the network security industry preferred; familiarity with technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, AV, IDS/IDP is a strong advantage.
  • Relationship Building : Demonstrated ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with senior executives and partners.
  • Strategic Thinking : Capability to create and execute strategic plans for regional territories.
  • Communication Skills : Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Teamwork : Collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-Motivated : Goal-oriented with a "hunter" mentality, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
