Your day to day:

In this role, you will be responsible for.

• Actively engaging with cross-functional teams across the organization to understand their data needs and develop scalable data solutions that align with business objectives.
• Effectively planning and executing data projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Approaching complex problems with a creative and analytical mindset, considering all potential solutions and exploring innovative approaches.
• Proactively anticipating problems and appropriately communicating to the team and management in a timely manner.
• Contributing to all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial design to ongoing maintenance and optimization.
• Working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality results even with limited requirements

What do you need to bring:

• 3+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on data technology
• Proficiency in programming language like Java and associated frameworks such as Spring Boot, Rest API and microservices.
• Experience with cloud services on GCP such as BigQuery, CloudSQL,, DataProc,
• Exposure to eventing systems such as Pub Sub, Kafka and Kinesis, including reading from and writing to these systems
• Proven experience working with any MPP systems, with strong SQL programming skills.
• Solid grasp of data warehousing architecture and best practices for designing and implementing efficient data models
• Familiarity with data movement techniques and best practices to handle large volumes of data with streaming integrations.
• Expertise in database programming and performance tuning techniques is desired.
• Working experience in an Agile methodology is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Willingness to take ownership of tasks, contribute beyond basic responsibilities, and proactively seek opportunities for improvement
