What you'll do:

• You will work with a team of highly technical and motivated developers.
• Collaborate and work with teams spread across geographies and time zones.
• You will work on the entire lifecycle of development projects, both customer specific and SAP-defined. This includes the analysis and specification of the customer-specific business requirements as well as the design, implementation, maintenance and in case of cloud services operation of customer-specific solutions.
• Lead & own topics by collaborating with Architects to design solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements, with emphasis on security, scalability, testability, and maintainability.
• Coach team members to become proficient in development & quality processes, and technologies used in the team, thereby increasing expertise and productivity.
• Continuously improve designs and implementations along with contributing significantly to the technical solutions.
• Possess a DevOps mindset, including ownership of topics from development through to deployment in production.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement mindset in the people and showcase innovation in deliverables.
• Trouble shoot critical production issues.
• Adhere to the agile engineering practices and processes followed by the team. Own your code from ideation to development, across the full stack and through QA and support.
• You will work on multiple topics and technologies with adequate enablement.

What you bring:

• 8 -14 years of relevant experience in software development in skills listed below.
• Strong Techno functional understanding of key S4 modules (SAP S/4HANA, FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM)
• Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges with the client teams and key stakeholders
• Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes
• Strong programming background on ABAP, RAP, CDS, ODATA, HANA Database, BOPF
• Good understanding of cloud native architecture & development.
• Hands-on experience in cloud-based development using BTP, Cloud Foundry, AWS or Azure. Experience on Kubernetes or any other container technologies.
• Good Experience in REST API creation and consumption.
• Good knowledge of Git, UI5/JavaScript, DevOps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and innovative mind set.
• Willing to learn and experiment with new technologies.
• Excellent communication in English.
