This position requires onsite work 5 days a week.5+ years’ experience in supporting IBM XIV, V7K, GPFS SAN storage as well as Thales/IBM SKLM encryption key management services.
5+ years’ experience supporting x86 Linux environments.
Working knowledge of scripting and automation tools (Ansible, Python, UNIX shell).
Strong troubleshooting abilities and Root Cause Analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize critical tasks.
Self-driven and ability to identify tasks/activities required to keep the environment healthy.
Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Gigabit Ethernet) and storage (SAN, RAID levels, fiber-channel, and iSCSI)
