Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals focused on professional services.
• Foster a high-performance culture with clear goals, continuous feedback, and processional development opportunities
• Oversee sourcing and contracting processes for professional services including RFPs, negotiations and contract management
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures for professional services
• Implement risk management practices to identify and address risks associated with professional services procurement
• Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and deliver cost savings
• Leverage best practices and industry benchmarks to drive process improvements and operational excellence
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including category managers, Finance, IT, Legal and other departments to ensure alignment and support procurement activities
• Act as a liaison between the procurement team and professional services departments to address needs and resolve issues
• Provide regular reports and updates on procurement performance, savings and key metrics
• Utilize data and analytics to drive decision making and demonstrate value of procurement activities
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in procurement and professional services
• Promote and support continuous learning and development within procurement team
• 8+ years of experience in procurement with a focus on professional services and managing procurement teams
• Demonstrated experience in supplier management, contracting and strategic sourcing
• Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for decision making process
• Proven track record pf successful collaboration with cross functional teams and senior leaders
• Excellent communications, negotiations and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a global environment is preferred
• Ability to inspire and lead a team, driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment
• BTech in Computer Science or a related field required with a minimum of 10-15 years of related experience of which at least 5+ years of experience as a people manager is required.
