Job Description

be involved in the organization and support of sales and clinical training events (virtual, hybrid and face to face) within our Marketing organization.

Your role:

Support the Capability Development Program Manager with

• Projects, such as new product introductions with challenging timelines and many different stakeholders

• Training content creation and deployment for sales trainings in international settings

• The development of learning journeys/curricula based on key areas of responsibility of our Sales and Clinical Application Specialist teams

• Training events organization and management

You’re the right fit if:

• You are currently studying in the field of Business, Economics, Business Administration, Education Science, Education for Business and Economics or a similar field of study

• You have first experience working with project deadlines and are comfortable to handle various tasks at the same time

• You have experience with MS Office, especially with Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel

• You are a team player with strong communication skills

• You have very good English language skills

• Salary: depending on your previous experience and your current studies, your salary will range between 17.07 €/h and 19.12 €/h
