Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new products are producible
- Determine manufacturing processes, procure and set up equipment, write work instructions
- Incorporating new manufacturing processes into the design, such as automation and alternate manufacturing techniques
- Support production teams
- Root Cause Corrective Analysis.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 3+ years in manufacturing engineering
WE VALUE
- Experience in the Aerospace industry and/or Optics manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of the field's standards and specifications
- Experience in the use of Lean tools
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to focus on important information and identify key details
- Capability of following guidelines and ensuring efficiency on tasks
- Application of basic engineering techniques to optimize manufacturing processes
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
- Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
