etheServiceexpert testing &validationplansrequiredto support the commercialization programs
Coordinatingandverifyingthe WW service plans and activitieswiththe global service communitythroughoutthepost commercial release life cycleof eachproduct.
Work closely with Service ReadinessLeadroleto regularlyreviewnew programs&softwareversionsto assesstheservice deliveryrequirements, resources,and trainingrequirements.
Work closely with Service ReadinessLeadroleto update and supporttheCustomer Support Product Plan (CSPP).
Defineservice training requirementsforassignedproducts orprograms
Gather and improveproduct serviceabilityasinputfor upcomingprogram requirements
Createandreviewcommercialization deliverablesincluding service documentation,customer documentation and training packages.
Perform validation of software releases byFCO (Field Change Order)process
Managethe First of Kind(FOK)installationasaSubjectMatterExpert (SME)and providerelevant feedback to stakeholders.
Implement improvement opportunities based onService feedbackassociatedto customer experience,product,and operations.
Assume aSMErole (with related certification)forthird-party Softwareand solutions
Responsible for servicereadinessof new platformservice deliverables
You're the right fit if you have:
University Degree/Master Degree or equivalent in IT, technical field or a related field.
1-3 years experience in Service/Technical engineering, preferably related to radiology informatics.
Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong team player attitude.
Good flexibility ad positive attitude towards changes.
English language skills in addition to italian as local language.
