Your role:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maximize engagement identifying critical enablers for success for the region

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and client needs.

  • Use market intelligence to identify areas to focus sales activities, potential disruption and opportunities to increase impact in the field.

  • Design and execute tactical marketing initiatives like campaigns, promotions and activation leveraging data based insights. Create, launch and manage targeted sales promotions with your regional teams.

  • Use assets to sell the story, identify what proof points and points of engagement are important at each stage of the process and drive implementation and execution for your region.

  • Enable the sales team to be effective with sales assets, messaging, targeting and engagement.

  • Develop, maintain and distribute competitive intelligence.

  • Measure performance and impact with data and analytics

  • Be the region "go-to" for support and escalation.

  • Build a tender database for faster and more consistent response for your region.

  • Work across the CT Product Management and Marketing team to represent the voice of sales for your region.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (must)

  • > 5 yrs related experience in Field Marketing or adjacent fields (e.g. Product Marketing, Clinical Marketing, Marketing Communications)

  • Ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and existing and new products into targeted campaigns, promotions and marketing strategies; comfortable with making tradeoffs, decisively

  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for building strong professional relationships and ability to influence colleagues.

  • Ability to lead an organization in the development and implementation of region-specific Go-to-Market strategies.

  • Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses in B2B environments

  • Knowledge of commercial and marketing processes, planning and budgeting

  • Understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and effectively.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.

  • MBA desired in related field (optional)
