PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
- Manage and execute whole year In-Season company promotion for OMNI channels.
- Take proactive action to achieve sales target by discount control.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRICE CONTROL
- Control Promotion MD by sales study and discount strategy to serve sales target achieve.
- Assist function team to manage staff discount on Merchandise insights.
- Track and deep dive price adherence on company policy by channel.
PROMOTION
- Define business opportunities through markdown and inventory at OMNI channels level.
- Plan & drive In-Season company promotion by proposal on the scheme.
- Build up promotion MD proposal by analysing performance and inventory by article level. Align insight of business team on MD and communicate with workflow downstream with stakeholders.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
Inline Buying, BU, Mops, Product Sales, Channel Operations, etc.
REQUISITE EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor advanced degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in merchandising related functions
- Understanding of retail business
- Goodcommunication skill with cross-functions, and problem solving
- Detail oriented
- StrongExcel and analytical skill
- Workable English in read and written
