- Developing and Driving Channel Strategy (across TT, MT, E-com, other Emerging channels)
- P&L, Cost Management and Financial Operations
As Marketing Manager
- Marketing strategy and planning
- Brand Management: Positioning, communication etc.
- ATL/BTL
- Expert on insights/value propositions/ Digital
- Product Portfolio Management
- Driving Business (P&L) & Local for Local
You're the right fit if:
- 8-10 years of overall work experience, M.B.A. from a premier B-School is desirable
- Strong marketing exposure with large Consumer Durable/FMCG organizations / E-commerce (exposure to both ATL & BTL and DIGITAL is preferable)
- Experience in Brand/Portfolio development & activation (upstream & downstream marketing)
- Expertise in Marketing across diverse channels (Including Digital)
- Experience / Worked in Matrix reporting set up
- Working with diverse/multiple category teams across geographies
- Excellent people, interpersonal & influencing skills
