The position
REM map creation leverages cutting-edge algorithms executed at massive scale using Big Data technologies, demanding both a deep understanding of the map creation pipeline and exceptional technical expertise.
You will be part of our algorithmic teams, and join our effort to provide Live self-updating AV maps at global scale.
What will your job look like?
- design, train, evaluate new cutting edge DL models on REM proprietary map data
- high scale, large volume data analysis
- Integrate new map based algorithms with full ownership
- write tools that allow fast introspection of the data
- Optimize results where needed
All you need is:
- MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field
- 3+ years of industry experience in Python, Server side advantage
- 1+ years experience in ML
- Familiarity with numerical and data science frameworks: numpy, pandas, scipy, Pyspark, tensorflow, pytorch
- Some orientation to algo from either industry or academy
- Linux knowledge, some familiarity with AWS
- "Get it Done" approach and flexible mindset
