This role acts as brand guardian, and is the voice of authority for Apple Retail across all customer and employee facing content. You will be responsible for copywriting, transcreating, editing and validating consumer-facing marketing content for global marketing initiatives, such as commercial and seasonal campaigns, events, keynotes, as well as internal employee communications and learning materials, people and recruitment sites, job descriptions, systems and applications. You will validate and fine-tune MT and LLM’s outputs, and help train and customize MT/AIML engines for optimal brand voice, style and accuracy. You drive quality standards through MT and vendor agencies to maintain clarity, accuracy, and the highest possible quality standards. Responsibilities:
