- Experience in conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with identifying emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in computer science, information security, artificial intelligence or a related field.
- Experience in AI or technology regulatory readiness or preparedness and understanding AI systems, machine learning, and their potential risks.
- Experience in adversarial testing, red teaming, GenAI/AI safety, GenAI/AI ethics or responsibility, or similar.
- Understanding of content moderation policies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and problem solving skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, especially those relevant to Google's global user base, in order operate in multiple locations.
