This role is key to developing channel partners’ capabilities to deliver managed security & managed networking services. Experience in the IT sector and with Security architectures is critical.
What You'll Do- Using industry data, business intelligence & target lists, you’ll work with distributors to identify and onboard new high-potential MSSP’s & security firms.
- Create impactful sales initiatives, incentives, enablement and sales focused programs to drive growth opportunities with distributors.
- Responsible for creating the Go-To-Market strategy & planning for Security MSP sales through distribution and 2T partners.
- Driving MSP Security sales focused on the 2T Commercial, and SMB segments.
- Align Security strategy and plans with key stakeholders in Regional and Global distribution.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, 2T growth opportunities using Business Intelligence
- Effectively communicate and inform Distributors, stakeholders and leadership teams on the growth opportunities, results, and initiatives
Who You Are- Familiar with the current cyber threat landscape & able to articulate to business stakeholders how Cisco security solutions mitigate or reduce business risk. Solutions include Zero Trust, MFA, Endpoint & Network Security, XDR/MDR, firewall.
- Able to structure and build sales strategies and plans for short-mid-long-term opportunities with Stakeholders and Distributors.
- The ability to fully analyse business intelligence reports & identify trends & opportunities, good cross-functional skills, and the ability to demonstrate leadership and co-operation amongst virtual teams. You are willing to travel in theatre if required.
- You have excellent communications skills and the ability/affinity for communicating with Senior Executives within Cisco and with customers/senior internal management in both formal and informal situations. You are a strong team leader and exemplify Cisco's culture in decisions and actions.
Desired Qualifications- Experienced with MSP/MSSP operating models & familiar with security services, including security posture assessments, SIEM/SOC, incident response/ disaster recovery, pen testing, & cyber insurance audits.
- Experienced with managed services sales motions & familiar with competitive and ecosystem vendors and their solutions.
- Leader & Team worker, works effectively within the team being accountable for delivering own targets and supporting others.o Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels, and across disciplines using different communication techniques.
