Key Responsibilities

• The process owner and focal of customer escalation and field nonconformance during tool startup
• Follow up the containment action (impact/risk lot control) and drive thecorrective/preventive
• Regular NC data collection & analysis for potential risks early detection and drive the continuous improvement to meet KPI
• Regular meeting with CE (Customer ENG.) and cross function BU for continuous improvement
• International business trips to customer site are required (10%)

Requirement

• Has strong understanding of quality concepts and is familiar with 8D process.
• Basic knowledge of Display tool and Manufacturing process
• Microsoft Office Tool operation, especially Excel (data mining/analysis) & PowerPoint(report/presentation)
• Good communicator among cross-function team
• Explain complex information to others in an effective manner
• Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.
• No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members
