Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Region TA² Manager, support the design and delivery of campaigns to ensure fulfillment of the firm’s hiring needs
- Creation of careers content including the preparation of briefs, sourcing volunteers, and liaising with the Region’s creative designers in-house and externally
- Design and deliver regular reporting and insights on recruitment activity for the Region TA2 team to meet leadership requirements.
- Management of the Region’s careers website- page design and timely content updates to ensure region content is effectively represented
- Developing social media copy and hosting live content where relevant for the region social media account: Instagram and internal employee advocacy tool
- Acting as the day-to-day contact for recruitment stakeholders and external partners to keep projects on track
- Management of BRET/SCORE processes
- Support with employer branding activity such as event collateral, internal comms etc.
- Oversee TA2 operations projects including recruitment compliance, measurement and analytics
- Implementing a process to monitor and drive continuous improvement and sharing of best practices within and across the entire network of Talent hubs

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required as a minimum qualification
- Certification in social media or digital marketing desirable
Experience:
- At least 3-6 + years of experience in Human Resources or related field for a multinational organization
- Demonstrated experience working with different stakeholders with competing needs
- Working in international and diverse environments
