What you bring:

- Associate Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules. EC Benefits knowledge and additional modules are an advantage.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors CMP and VRP or PMGM modules.

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers. Additional languages an advantage.

- University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field or other comparable experience.
